the new cs/csz folder structure

the player wich change their configs and models/skins have realised that the folder structure chaned. il explain the new structure.

The new location of the folder
Steam/SteamApps/common/Half-Life/czero

we go back to
Steam/SteamApps/common/Half-Life

czero_downloads is such a new folder as this is not all confusing enough the server downloaded maps are in this new folder, but the server downloaded player models & weapon skins & sounds are in the folder
Steam/SteamApps/common/Half-Life/czero_yourland

which config is the right one

Like u see are in both czero folders a config.
Steam/SteamApps/common/Half-Life/czero is exactly the right place,
in this folder u can also change the player models and weapon skins & sounds (custom skins)
