If you ever need even more maps to fill any gaps, apart from those remaining maps that are to come in the final version of these mission packs (you named them in the readme), you might want to take a look at cs_thinice (custom map resembling the Deleted Scenes mission with the same name, using mostly the same textures and models), cs_compound_cz (custom port of the official CS: Source map) and cs_truth_cz (another one of the CZ beta maps, slightly smaller than de_truth_cz, it's an Hostage Rescue map and uses Xbox lighting).
Also, a couple of new dm_ maps have been released in CSO, dm_trainfactory and dm_warehouse, but I'm sure you're aware of that.

I've actually done a bunch of stuff since the last update, which includes the two newly released CSO maps (sg_trainfactory_cso & dm_warehouse_cso) and the updated version of dm_checkmate_cso.
Something else I've also been toying with is the training room from CSO where I've merged the separate maps into a sequence of maps like the original CS training. Despite it not existing in CSNZ there are English voice-overs present, though sadly these have a bunch of errors which detract from the experience...
Another thing I've also been toying with is converting some of the CSO zombie maps into different game modes (cs/dm/sg) but I'm not quite sure whether I really want to venture there as it kind of breaks the "canonity" of the maps. It would give enough maps to create a separate mission pack for terrorists can counter-terrorists though.
Thanks for the tips on cs_thinice and cs_compound_cz. I'll have to check those two out. The Deleted Scenes mission pack could really do with 3 additional maps. As for cs_truth_cz, I've purposefully left it out since it is simply an earlier version of de_truth_cz and I want to avoid redundancies.
Don't have any ETA for the next release though as I haven't quite decided what stuff will be included yet.
- Added cs_mansion, cs_prison, de_jeepathon2k, es_frantic, es_jail and es_trinity to Counter-Strike Beta map pack
- Added a converted and fixed up version of the Counter-Strike Online version training room
- Added dm_warehouse_cso and sg_trainfactory_cso to Counter-Strike Online map pack
- Updated "dm_checkmate_cso" to the most recent version
- Fixed "cs_facility" having a difficult to use ladder by the CT spawn
- Fixed "as_destown_cz" to have all its models properly displayed and fixed numerous textures (completely missing textures have been subsituted with "fitting" textures, see notes)
- Fixed "de_canal_cz" having problems with trees not animating
- Converted "dm_rats_cso" to bomb defusal as it originally was
- Reverted the renaming of the "de_cityofsin_cz" bombsite textures as the names they originally had were in fact unique (confusion stemming from subsituted textures in as_destown_cz)
- Added detail texture file for "cs_iraq" which was mysteriously absent from previous releases
- Enhanced weapon models from Deleted Scenes re-added with proper tactical shield models
- Fixed environment damage icons to show the proper icons when taking specific damage
- Installing prototype maps is optional in the Counter-Strike Beta map pack
- Installing the seasonal special/promotional maps is optional in the Counter-Strike Online map pack
- Various improvments to bot navigation files
- Improvements to the enhanced map descriptions
