Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

Why do my friends say Condition Zero Sucks?
Well, this game seems to be an upgrade of the original at first glance, but I am no seasoned CS player. Why do they say Codition Zero Sucks? The one player reminds me of the console version of CS on xbox.

CZ was just trying to make CS look prettier. When really it was like they took 1.6 touched it up a small bit and released it. CZ is equal to the CS that was released on the XBOX back in like 2003.

I always played CZ, prefer it over 1.6, but essentially they are the same.

I think both games are good. Currently still playing Condition Zero.

Deleted Scenes? I'll try it later.

mda
Only thing good about Condition Zero are the Deleted Scenes. Multiplayer gameplay (and sprey patterns), maps, even graphics are actually worse. While cs 1.6 looks like a proper game, every map has its style but they still look like one family... CZ is just a mess. It looks more like a mod. It's nothing new and shame it is what it is. Deleted Scenes on the other side are a great single player campaign for CS that i always wanted. Actually it was the main reason they were even doing CZ. Only later valve got crazy with CZ. Good that they didn't really scraped singleplayer I really enjoyed it.

1.6 is the go-to for online multiplayer. Many of it's core fans are purists that bash the later installments.

CZ is more ideal for offline singleplayer and small LAN parties because it has AI bots, a campaign, and upgraded graphics.

I'm playing it right now.

The graphics are not updated. Stop spreading false information.

Textures are just changed with a better quality. That is all. Both games have the same specs and graphics. CZ also has its own version of bots, which was the huge plus to this game. Other than that, its exactly the same.

Updated models, integrating detailed textures, new quality maps, improved bots and some bug fixes is what Condition Zero is. It's basically Counter-Strike 1.7.

I really enjoy this counter strike than the others. I played this type of cs on the original xbox but sadly only got to experience the single player. The textures and the way the game played was just right.
