Mission pack tasks description is correct, but cannot work (complete the challenge) in the game, how to fix?

The mission pack's tasks below have correct description but cannot work (complete the challenge) in the actual game, how to fix that issue?
"You must kill a CT in the act of defusing the Bomb"
"You must kill %s2 CTs in the act of defusing the Bomb"
"You must kill a CT escorting Hostages to a Rescue Zone"
"You must kill %s2 CTs escorting Hostages to a Rescue Zone"
"You must kill the VIP"
"You must kill the VIP" and "You must kill the VIP %s2 times"

Ask the person who made the mod.

killdefuser(You Must kill a CT in act of defusing the bomb), killvip(You Must Kill The VIP) and stoprescue(You must kill a CT escorting hostage to rescue zone) tasks are bugged ever since release of the game, and even the half-life anniversary update did nothing to fix them
You'll need an AMXX plugin to fix the tasks

As for using the tasks in bugged state, You can use killvip in opposite way(Get a kill while being vip) as for others... no idea
