single player stutter

when playing against bots, i get very bad stuttering, when bots die, it stutters, when bots are in the same room, it stutters. ive tried a lot of different tweaking to fix it but nothing works. i have a good pc, but the problem does not go away. if anyone could help it would be appreciated.
