Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

Widescreen 16:10 Menus Offset Fixed
Being as the Engineers / Developers are no longer doing anything for CS 1.6 or CS:CZ these days. We had to come up with a solution for our Screen Interface for our games with a 16:10 RATIO. I am happy to say we did, and did so successfully on 02/05/2009. Yet somehow the posts keep getting deleted! I get asked time and time again where they can be found. Many "know-it-alls" think these files contain something unethical, but since creating these files in 2009, NO PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN REPORTED meaning those "know-it-alls" knew nothing and were only trying to scare others from using this fix. Because they cannot be attached to these, you will find them at the gaming community website at http://www.krillinsworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=227.0 be aware the topic had to be recreated, but the original file is from 2/5/2009 to enjoy once again!

Thank you,
Krillin

This isn't necessary. It's in the FAQ that is located here.

There is nothing "here", so this tell me there is nothing "there" either. I beg to differ being as I had to use this to fix menus on a computer with 16:10 ratio which was only built a few months ago with a Gen10. When I went looking for the fix, even I could not find them, but I have the original files and they worked. So what ever FAQ you think you posted about that is not there is irrelevant as CS 1.6 or CS:CZ did NOT work out of the box without this fix. Thanks!

Have you even tried to use the option of setting your own resolution using the settings provided? Cause it works without any issues. Also you can raise your question in github with valve regarding these resolutions instead of sending people hyperlinks to a dead site to download things. It's frowned upon here.

I have contacted developers regarding this situation with 16:10 ratio more than 12 years ago. And shortly there after ALL of my trouble tickets were wiped out and I had wasted far more time that I needed to with them. So I went on to develop my own fix and shared it with the world. But As as for the link http://www.krillinsworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=227.0 works as Topic: Widescreen 16:10 Menus Offset Fixed (Read 6595 times) WORKS perfectly. You may have issues with your ISP and my web hosting company which is far beyond my control. So again, you should practice before you speak and stop wasting my time with your malfunctions as they are beyond my control. If you have something else to say from this point on, you will just be talking to yourself. So frown on that, I have been a member here since 2004 and my contributions solve problems. Enough said unless you have a problem with the files, email me as I am unsubscribing from this topic due to your BS.

You obviously haven't if the issue wasn't indicated on github. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife

What does your dead site have to do with my isp or your web hosting? You're the only active member on your dead site. Get a grip and get over yourself, this solution is frowned upon when the solution can be done by adjusting your settings via the game properties.
