Play CsCZ without steam

Is it possible to run it without steam? I want to download it to my school's computers so we can lan

JUST BACKUP CZ FILES FROM UR PC THEN INSTALL STEAM IN UR SCHOOLS COMPUTER..........THEN JUST COPY PASTE THE FILES IN THE STEAMAPPS FOLDER UR DONE BTW PLAY IN OFFLINE OR ONLINE MODE DOESNT MATTER
