game crashes?

since I entered the crab ally my game wont stop crushing, and I cant avoid it forever as soon as i have to the waterworks I HAVE to go to the crab ally so is there any fix? I deleted it completely, restrarted my pc everything, even tried it on the lowest settings and everything, it cant be my pc cause I have a new one and FF14 online for example works perfect. Please help me

Jup, like there is a white screen for like 2 seconds long about 3-5 times when I try to move and than the game crashes, it only happens there plus I played wizard 101 before without through Steam and that worked perfectly but I haded to swtich to the steam version cause the payment methods were bugging so often on the wizard 101 website thats why.
