Team up is killing this game

Ever since team up has been put into the game, this game has only gotten worse and worse with its community and toxicity. As someone who's played since the beta days, with nearly 3 max level wizards on my account as of this post, I can go on for DAYS about how bad team up is. I could, but I won't, so I'll cut it down a bit for everyone here:

>People going into team up, only to turn right on back around and leave. Everyone else leaves after the first person does it, and I leave. Yet I get a penalty for leaving, despite being deserted.

>There's an exploit in-game to remove the penalty from team up. Which I will not list it here, but just know, it IS a thing that trolls abuse.

>People just running head first into every battle, without asking if everyone's ready, let alone read the dialogue. This has sorta been fixed now, as the timer in the first round of combat resets everytime a new wizard joins the circle. But there's still times in the game where the dialogue is REALLY long, or we need to refresh ourselves with certain boss cheats.

>People with terrible gear (I'm talking level 50 bazaar gear in Darkmoor and the like) just, not being helpful. Its one thing to be a noob or need advice, but there're people who'll say "I'm hitting" while being an ice with 23 damage, meanwhile the storm right next to them has nearly 8 or 9 times their damage.

>People leaving after specific parts of certain dungeons. The culprits being all three Aquila bosses but not helping people questing there to actually do the dungeon, and Yevgeny from Graveyard.

>People just, not sticking to their roles at all. I can't tell people how to play the game, but why are people running 100% damage and 33 resist on ice, when you get WAY more damage and a bit less resist as a fire or a storm? Same goes for life wizards, a lot just don't heal at all, and would rather hit. Fire and storm are right there.

Its already a pain to deal with this as is going through one time. But if you're in some place like Graveyard or Mount Olympus, farming for gear? Good luck on getting even a single piece if your luck is terrible.

"Oh, but just report them" you may be saying. Here's the thing, I can't. I can report for toxicity, if they speak up and throw toxicity at me, but I can't report people for leaving, leeching, or trolling, otherwise I get penalized for it.

Why can't KI just fix this issue? Heck, make the dungeons scale to the amount of people in the dungeon. So a dungeon will be harder if a team of 4 is in there, but way easier if you're playing solo. C'mon, do SOMETHING. I will play this game religiously again if something is done.

I've sent this list directly over to our design team to ensure they get your own view of the concern. I can say that we're tackling these issues, but some are not so easy to fix and still maintain balance and fair/fun gameplay as much as possible. But we are working on them.
