When I logged in today the launcher said my account was locked
"Your account is now locked. To unlock your account, please click here"

That page is https://www.wizard101.com/game?context=login

And when I enter my user name and password i get a "Please prove you are not a robot" captcha. Once I complete that, get the green check for "I am not a robot" and press the green login button I get sent back to the login screen asking for a user name and password.

I just wanted to try out the game but this is a hard block from me even playing.

same exact problem, installed and played for couple hours, quit and came back later that day, same exact problem

i also noticed i had not "verified" email and i went to do that thinking it might be the problem, it says the code to verify was too old (about 3 hours) and to log in to get a new code, well as above, you cant login, heh

while the recaptcha loop is their problem, i did create a new account (separate email) and this time verified it immediately and i am able to log in and out on this account without any problems. also not if you have alt email accounts you can "invite" yourself and get rewards

My solution was to use a different browser.

when it says your account is locked that isnt true i get that some times but thats just happen some times as i just ignore it and continue loging in

u cant ignore it and log in it will say u r blocked and need to register or do username and password and im not doing all that i have gotten so far

I had the "locked account" issue. I went to the website > My Accounts > Manage; then asked for a new verification e-mail, clicked the link in the e-mail and I believe it should be fixed now

I've heard that if you type your information in too quickly then it has a chance to auto lock your account. Every time this has happened to me i just had to sign in on the website and it unlocked my account so i could sign in on the launcher again.
