Issue on being stuck in loading screen

If it's a loading screen between zones - it might be due to the zone needing crowns to enter and there not being enough on your account to cover it...

If it's a different loading screen, then I have no clue.

For like the waterworks it does take a long time to load in the area sometimes. So that might be related but we wont know until you clarify further what area you are stuck loading on

The connection/server stability has gotten noticeable worse since the last update (late fall). Zoning takes more time than usual and if you play in a group....you will actually see group members go offline briefly while zoning. Accordingly, there has been more "this zone is unavailable" issues pop up recently.

The "paywall softlock" has actually been around much longer (over a year) with no acknowledgement by the devs. This happens when you are a Crowns player and zone into an area you need to buy, but the game doesn't actually load the prompt to buy the area, so you are stuck on the loading screen. You have to hard shut the game to retry the load and even then you might have to get softlocked a couple of times before the prompt actually appears.

Redownloaded and started playing again yesterday, after hours with no issues I suddenly got stuck trying to take the elevator to the Scotland Yard Roof. Opened and relaunched the game 3 times before giving up and going to do other quests, after a while I tried again and was able to get the buy prompt (had enough crowns from the get go), and continue on.

Everything was cool for awhile, but when I went to visit Knight's Court, I got an infinite loading screen again. So I went to do other quests again- Then got stuck trying to enter Mount Olympus.

These are all the first time I've been do these areas, maybe that has something to do with it? (Although most new areas load in under 10 seconds for me) Weird stuff!
