Problem buying crowns
I'm trying to buy crowns for my ancient account which I have copied over to Steam. I went to the website and logged in and tried to buy the crowns via Paypal which I have always done before with no trouble but it keeps giving me this error:- You must correct the following errors before you may continue.

"An unexpected problem has occurred. We have not billed your PayPal account, so feel free to re-try the purchase. If the problem persists, please contact Wizard101 Support at: Support@Wizard101.com. "

That's all it says, there's no mention of what type of unexpected problem or anything. I did email support but had no answer yet and am thinking they might not work over the weekend s. Perhaps someone here had this problem and got it solved?

I get that message because I am not from US. Try to buy crowns through Steam

Can't buy crowns through steam as I imported my old account. I get the same message'
I emailed support on Friday and still no reply, they don't seem to want my money

The problems seems to be that Wizard applies tax after PayPal authorization. Thus PayPal declines the transaction. But if you have a steam account for Wiz you can use steam funds.

I managed in the end. Just in case anyone else has the same issue, the problem was that it doesn't like paypal uk. I used my debit card and it accepted it
