can't gift crown shop items

i can't enable gifting crowns on my account. in account settings, it says my account isn't eligible to enable gifting yet

i made this account about a month ago and i'm wondering if it's because i'm playing on the steam version, or if my account is too new?

nevermind i realized why it's cuz i made this account a month ago and i guess there's exactly a month long restriction before you can gift stuff which makes sense
