Europe & Turkey Wizard101 about US server access

Hello there,

Gameforge in Turkey's area of responsibility. (Europe, Asia and the Middle East)
But in Turkey we currently can access via Steam and are able to play Wizard101 US.
Later, when Gameforge company releases Wizard101 Europe on Steam, will we still be able to access Wizard101 US as Turkish players?

I hope Gameforge will open the Wizard101 European server
Turkey will not be a barrier to access as we Wizard101 US Steam
and we have the chance to play in both regions.

I download the Steam servers Wizard101 US from Turkey, I can enter.
Starting from the west of Turkey are denied access to US Wizard101 Steam servers. (Greece)
If Gameforge company releases Wizard101 Europe on Steam, then I am only asking if I can access the Wizard101 US on Steam as a Turkish player.
Gameforge does not intend to publish Wizard101 in another country from 7 countries. Wizard101 Turkey had closed its latest server. But now there are no players in all the country's servers. European servers are scrambling to avoid closing down. As a final step, I am sure that the Wizard101 EU will be published on the Steam to bring players to Europe's servers.
