It's not an internet issue. Whenever people try to make an account through steam it doesn't finish. You can fill out everything but when you click complete registration, nothing happens. 3 other friends of mine are having this problem. I also can't use my old accounts on steam and it says i can only use the old launcher. Please help!!!

played the game with different account if it is possible to link my old account to my steam if possible that would also be helpful at some point but same issue with sign up never truly completes meaning the steam user community cannot access your game in by itself unless said issue is resolved most likely a bug or error or that of an issue in the sign up in by itself better fix before releasing to users on steam

Just glad it isn't only me. Going on vacation, so hopefully when i get back this will be fixed. i guess it doesnt really matter whether i play through steam or the OG client though. But warned every one, you cant log in on steam with your wizard101 OG client account

It looks like they fixed this bug, you should be able to sign up using the launcher now. Worked for me!

I had the same issue too but then 1 month later I was able to get past registration lol
