Is this a bug or is it working?

I created a new wizard and I'm stuck in the tutorial room where the headmaster has the please wait text on top, but nothing is downloading on the left.

Seems to be a bug because when I create another new wizard and skip the tutorial it seems to work.

same happened to me with my first character. It most likely is a bug but it's not too big of an issue because you can just recreate the character and skip the tutorial, although it could be a bigger problem for the newer players.

Must be a bug because I'm a new player and can't get past that part either.
