Glad to have you as part of the community! The video is indeed disabled at this time, though we are hoping to bring that option back up. We're trying to find as many ways as possible to allow new wizards to enjoy the game through this way.
I agree with this too, but this (if you ask me) is why they wouldn't go that route because this would be far too convenient for them and since they've had the game as Pay-to-Play for this amount of time and people still paying for subscriptions/crowns there's not much reason for them to change the marketing around the game cause it's still bringing in the the big-bucks for em.
Plus let's be real here, games like this mostly just care about the money and since that's the idea, if you aren't throwing money at the developers/publishers etc. your chances of having any fun or any meaningful progression just go out the window, If you're a free to play player you might as well expect to be grinding at inhuman rates and have to work 1000x harder than your Pay-to-win counterparts which can get exclusive gear that only can be gotten in the crown shop/bundles/packs in a much faster time frame depending on how fat their wallets are and end up more op than you at times.
