Report a translation problem
1. Are you checking the right email (the one used when you created your Steam version W101 account, opposed to a separate email that might be assoicated with SteamID)?
2. Was it sent to the junk folder of your email?
If these don't apply, recommend you contact KI support on their website (don't send an email to KI Support, because if your not getting reply emails now from KI, you probably won't from Support either).

Overnight we havent gotten anything , and all 3 of us have sent in a ticket... Still waiting on that response but hopefully pationce is the key...
We tried all our emails and everything and nothing works.... We checked the Junk folder... We waited overnight... still nothing.
Whats odd is there is another post on these forums of 2 guys also running into the same problem , I even made a test account to see what the problem really was and its exactly as they say.
Hopefully Kingsisle reads this. Thankyou for the response if you have any other info I would be happy to take it XD
We should be responding to those tickets soon, please look for a response today or tomorrow on them.
