There you can set the aim at angle or the aim at other diamond.
For targeting enemy ships, just Order that Crystal to only attack when it is given a target. ("Only attack when given a target" option in the drop-down Order menu.) It will rotate on its own to target the target you give it. (Assign the end-point crystals to a # (CTRL #) to more easily give it orders. Then, select that group's target by choosing the "Target" icon in their small focus window.
Selecting the Target Command in the ship's main focus window will set the Target for all ship's weapons.
Otherwise, if you set the Crystal to "Fire At Will" it will rotate to fire at any/all enemies.
Note: For Crystals in a chain, like in an Ion Block, feeding other Crystals, choose the special Point At command, always.
