how u get free diamonds? im lvl 15 i have none and nothing gives me more :(

Every now and again people will come to your house with quests so you can earn them as well as when you level up sometimes the main NPC on the top left will have quests that give them. You won't get tons of them from what I've saw.

Yes, that and the daily login bonus allow you to get diamonds for free. If you log in seven days in a row, you'll get one diamond on the seventh day.
