Thanks @ErockSmiles! I have base stations, so that is covered. I'd like to hear from someone who has used the Vive trackers before plunking down the cash (if I can even find them).
Anybody else have experience with foot tracking options?
I'm going to do a bit more research over here, but right now I'm leaning toward the JoyCons specifically for their flexibility with multiple headsets. Here's my thinking -- if anyone has thoughts, feel free to chime in.
I have a Valve Index and a Quest 2 (although the Quest 2 is essentially my Mom's at this point; Beat Saber + FitBit = 18,000+ steps a day for her, the maniac). I've streamed to the Quest 2 from my PC using the sideloaded Virtual Desktop, and it's incredible. It occurs to me that, if I use the Vive trackers, I need to have my base stations set up and running. The joycons obviously won't have that limitation.
Now what I *don't* know is if NaLo *itself* will run while streaming to the Quest 2. I want to say that I've tried this already and it works, but I can't remember for sure. If I can run NaLo while streaming to the Quest 2, then I'm going to go w/ the joycons. If I need the base stations anyway, then I'll try to find Vive trackers.
More opinions are still welcome.
Ooh, heck yeah! Thanks!!!
