Report a translation problem
This is not how it is supposed to work. The movement direction is being read from the phone (in the pocket). The head direction is only used to calibrate drifting of the joycons if you are not using a smartphone in the pocket.
What game did you used? Is the game directin set to head in the in-game settings? (it is required to make NaLo compensate it with the hip direction).
I tried it in Minecraft (Vivecraft). It's set to head in-game (I always use the head).
I'll do some more tests this week.
