precision jumping in Skyrim VR

Is it possible to do the kind of jumps that I used to do with teleportation mountain climbing or climbing out of water onto the rock or boats?

I am gonna add, I do wish an option to reduce jumping sensitivity !
I cannot try to run quickly the way i do in real life, it keeps making me jump all the time, and of course i got a mod allowing me to jump while sprinting, but it does not make it more sensitive since its already this sensitive without running !

Thanks for confirming it's not in my head. I find that I get too tired as I'm not used to fake jumping(squats) this many times in one hour. I installed a grappling hook mod at least to get to higher location places I used to with teleportation.
