Can't buy controller dongles anymore, can I still use my Vive wands with foot tracking?

Maybe I can convert a mouse dongle to a controller one then convert that to work with the wands or something?

I also bought a broken HTC Vive (without controllers) for 30€ which works as trackers connecting it in the USB port.

You can conect 2 devices per lh headset and 1 device per usb dongle.
