How get vegeta ssj3 scouter?

Hi, I recently finished a custom mission, and vegeta ssj3 scouter appears.
How can I get it to be playable?
(I'm using google translator)

not 100% sure but there r modules that summon otherwise "unplayable" characters.

yes, but he is not in any expansion, like nappa or raditz

yes, but those are activated during the battle in a certain turn, right?
this Vegeta appears from turn 1 as if he were a normal character.

There are certain Characters that can only be made using Custom Cards, so it might be that. If you dont have the ability to make him yet that means you need to still unlock that part.

Also if you are claiming that SS3 Raditz is not in a pack I can say you are wrong. I unlocked him in one very early on and he was stupidly Strong that early. Sadly his Friendship was easy to max out so I had to stop using him rather quickly.

No because any visual Mods would only effect the game the Mod is in. I will say what I said earlier.

There are certain Characters that can only be made using Custom Cards, so it might be that. If you dont have the ability to make him yet that means you need to still unlock that part.

Also if you want to give me the info for the Custom Battle I can try it and check it out to see if I can figure out what is up.

Okay so I checked out the mission and there is indeed a SSJ 3 Scouter Vegeta. Now I have not unlocked all the Cards yet so I cannot confirm that none of the Vegeta Cards I have not unlocked are not him, would be useful if the battle would let you look at the Card and get a name. If you have unlocked them all and he is not there then it is a Custom Card.

I checked all my Custom Card Characters but I dont have him yet, but have not unlocked all of them. Its not a Mod because Mods would not effect your Game as to do so would mean that person Hacked into the Games Servers and changed their Code, lets just say that although not impossible the odds are crazy against this happening. So yeah I am sure it is a Custom Card that you need to unlock the Character Pic for.

Sorry I couldnt be much more help but I am sure that is the answer.
