In every place, where you can unlock a stage or locked rewards, you need to complete Ultra Condition in battle. In your situation, you need Ultra Completation in stage where you stand.

By the way, score you getting in story mode is no more than a numbers (always), but keep in mind, in arcade mode it's also your EXP after battle.

Thank you,but in story mode some levles no route connected ,and the surrounding levels are already Ultra in place.

Those have Hidden Conditions. Just keep on working to Unlock via Ultra and you will unlock those in time as well. Basically just get Ultra on every Battle and you will end up Unlocking everything. Some of those will need you to do so on Other Maps, so just keep moving forward.
