There isn't much you can do really. You can check to see if you game's save data is in the cloud but if it isn't there, you're out of luck

I started a new game, so probably the old progress are gone.. however, where i can see the data in the cloud?

It kinda just asks me if I want to use my cloud data so I dont really know. I'm pretty sure if you google it you'll find it

Same thing happened to me when I was 30 hours in, lost all my data, starting a new game guarantees that, at least it did for me. So I had to restart. But if you still want to look this is where support told me to check:

PC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/userdata
Linux: ~/.local/share/Steam/userdata

That isn't where save data is stored for this game. It's in the following folder on PC:
C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\SUPER DRAGON BALL HEROES WORLD MISSION\Saved\SaveGames\78815839

I mean that's what support told me when I asked where the cloud data was stored on Steam.

cloud data is stored on steam, not on your local PC.

that's your own unique ID, it's not there for anyone else, minus your number, and people can find it.

just like you censored user, "78815839" is a unique identifier to your steam account only, also known as the ID3 number: [U:1:78815839] for your account for instance... 7885432 for mine.

OP, you're screwed if you already overwrote the cloud data, but this game uses so many multiple save files, it's possible just one got rewritten and you still have card data/arcade data/creation data, etc? honestly if you're playing a game that saves every other second, you always need to take the time to make backups, or run with a backup battery plan for when power goes out.
