Best team against who or what? If you're having problems in the early stages of story mode, try getting an R1/R2 high dmg dealer and a card with sideline support/clear orders ability.

If you're willing to spend some zeni, buy Solid Battle Plan and Control Ring abilities in the shop, create a card with 2 abilities, equip both abilities on it, then equip it with SBP or CR ability ring. Put it on support area to help slow down you're CI speed immensely.

Just look for Round synergy. Pick a round where you want to have a "power play" and build cards that you can buff up for that round.

tbh with the amoount of summort items kinda every combination is possible.

most probly depends on your main type.
