Hero of Japan Module?
I just got defeated in PVP by someone who had a OP module named Hero of Japan Module? It made sure I couldn't go above 10k power level, but how do you even get something like that? Has anyone else gotten that module?

Arcade Moder-Day Mayhem Saga the SSJ3 raditz super boss drops it.
