Is this game any similar to Dragon Ball Fusions from 3DS?

It's similar in some respects. For example, both games have RPG elements. While Fusions is more of a turn-based RPG, Heroes is more like a strategy card-game with RPG elements. They both have throw you into "What If" scenarios, both have you collect a ton of characters, and both feature an original villain not from the anime or manga. That's really where the similarities end, since they're both radically different in what they do and accomplish.
