Can't run the game, black screen every time.

I can't get the game to load and show the visuals, I can hear the audio and press buttons and hear them but no video. I've fully updated my Nvidia drivers and have tried everything, running in -windowed, running in windows 8 format, running as admin, I've reinstalled both the game and steam and nothing. If anyone could help I'd be very thankful. If anyone is wondering specs I have:
- NVIDIA geoforce rtx 2060
- Intel iCore i7 10750h
- 16gb ram

I just started spamming the arrow keys and pressing enter and I managed to blindly navigate to settings and then change the resolution. That was the fix. No issues since then. I didn't wanna comment and have people make the issue worse so my solution is a last resort because if you blindly press keys and stuff you could dig yourself into a even bigger hole.

Just start spamming the arrow keys and spamming enter. Worked for me because it was a resolution's issue that I had to blind fix without knowing.

Did anyone fix this issue?

I have tried to navigate to AppData/Local/... files and to change some config.ini parameters but nothing seems to work.

I am on a laptop.

I managed to make it work by reducing the refresh rate of the screen to 60 Hz (originally 360 Hz).

Nice work, Idk why laptops have such a weird problem with that game but once I got a desktop I never had to worry about issues again.
