Card Creation - Number of Abilities

Does anyone know how to determine the number of abilities you can add to a card? The first card I made was a 2 star 6900 power Berserker and it had 2 ability slots, but now I'm trying to make 3 star cards with 15000+ power and they only allow me to add one ability.

Shouldn't more powerful blank cards be able to have more ability slots? Is there something I'm missing? Is there a way to tell how many ability slots a card will have just looking at it in the material list?

But that's what I'm saying, some cards don't allow me to add 2 abilities. When I select the option for the first time rather than showing the box with two empty ability slots it just jump straight to the menu asking to select an ability

i think you may be mistaking caa/taa and abilities... if not screenshot steps of what you mean.

Just bumping this. Would really be a shame if rarer cards can only have 1 ability, as it would be having to break down high rarity blanks to put an obnoxious number of customization points into less powerful cards

Your link is 404ing. Also, no matter what card I used, all could have two abilities, one CAA/TAA, and one Unit Ability. So, not sure what you are experiencing.

I undestand what you say. Some card can have two abilities but dont know why.

I already reached out and got a response from them. Unfortunately it seems the only option right now is to wait for a patch

Sounds like a bug to me, sorry dont have a fix. I have made 3 and 4 star custom cards and have always been able to equip 2 abilities.

Either it's a bug, or there are certain conditions we are not aware off. I Have the same problem. Some blank cards give me the option to select "2 abilities & 1 accessory for 3 abilities. 1 caa/taa", as Makise Kurisu said. But some blank cards only let me select 1 ability, 1 accessory and 1 caa/taa.

So either Christina and Zieg are pretty lucky or it is really a bug.

some cards only allow 1 ability, I found if you use the cards with like 30,000+ base custom points, you can't add another ability, what you need to do is take like the 25000 bases and add custom points to those.
