What's the best card sets to use the gacha tickets on?

I go for promos and Set 1, but I have no idea what the best set is.

Most of the defining cards are the SEC 4 Star cards (the red box with 4 stars) so their drop rates are very low.

Set 2 has the amazing Xeno Cell, Set 3 has the amazing SS3 Xeno Vegito, UM1/2 have cards that power creep most of the rest of the game out.

There's some really good cards in the promo gacha but the pool is very large to pull from.

Look at what Heroes are recommended for your class, then go for those cards first.

press r on each set, find a card you want, and go 10x for it... trust me, you get tickets like candy. I found set 2 was pretty decent to pull from, as well as promotions pool... but I'm a collector of everything.

Optimally, UM1/UM2. They all have strong characters.
