Anyways you have to consider the original texture res and the display ratio aka it's dpi/ppi(pixelsperinch). You could circumvent it prolly via upping the resolution to 2k/4k, if the antialiaising isn't enough or don't want to add some from nvidia control panel/nvidia inspector, or the equivalent from amd.
Daily because the graphics are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Asking AAA price for something that looks like it was released twenty years ago is going to get comments.
When companies offer bad deals people call them out. And others observe the trend of people reacting without appreciating why it happens.

That game blows even Xenoverse out o fthe way with the non pareil graphics, animations and everything
There is no excuse for a game with this cost to look this ugly in 2019
