The Graphics looks awful

Dragon Ball Legends on my cell phone looks like it´s playing on a NASA´s PC, way ahead of this PS2-esque game.

Not bashing the gameplay just the graphics, which looks laughable

Well to be fair it's scaled to your monitor, if you played Legends with Bluestacks 3 on the pc, it would look pretty much the same or worse. The games are pretty much the same size, well Heroes being bigger somewhat, but still around 3.04GB.
Anyways you have to consider the original texture res and the display ratio aka it's dpi/ppi(pixelsperinch). You could circumvent it prolly via upping the resolution to 2k/4k, if the antialiaising isn't enough or don't want to add some from nvidia control panel/nvidia inspector, or the equivalent from amd.

the heroes arcade was made 9 years ago and always updated with new characters you really believe they would remake the entire arcade and all of its characters for a pc and switch version we are lucky that 3ds had 3 games and now we got an actual release of the game

Super Dragon Ball Heroes runs off of Budokai 3's engine, and therefore uses its models. So yeah, the models are more than PS2-esque, they're literally from 2004 for the most part ahahah

That game blows even Xenoverse out o fthe way with the non pareil graphics, animations and everything

There is no excuse for a game with this cost to look this ugly in 2019
