and ofc that the most important meteor of all.
What it does is that it puts -3000 PWR per enemy attacker on round 2. So if you are facing 7 characters who decide to go full out on you. You can put -21000 PWR on all enemies. This is a really powerful effect imo, since theres not really any big counters to it. Other than stunning the Goku in round 1, withdraw all but 1 card to the defensive field (Not really a good choice for 2nd round imo), run a character equipped with unit attack which restores PWR to normal levels. Then ofcourse theres 1 round buffs to 'nullify' it but overall a very tricky thing to counter. It works great in fighting high damage focused guys whose all about round 2, using this card for my main deck. It was a tough choice as it stood against several other cards. No deck can be all powerful though, I'm just trying my outmost to make the most despicable thing possible :P.
Aside from Goku theres another character with crimson meteor aswell, but overall felt inferior to Goku, so I would only take it if there was some unit attack you really wanted with that other char (Think it was Beerus).
Still I find it enjoyable seeing someone deploy Cell (1000 block guy) (Which I don't use, as I feel hes a wasted character slot compared to many others). So seeing Crimson meteor deal more than 1000 damage to him is satisfying aswell. So the enemy generally take like 5k damage first round, depending on how many 'groups' you have.If you have Solo attackers and all land hits it's going to be 7k +1800 damage from god meteor (Can be buffed however). Could potentially also run -X HP amount to enemy team module on round 1. Though overall I think it may be tricky to deal high enough damage to actually kill someone in 1st round. Maybe if you use alot of PWR boost stackers. But that's not the main reason for the Goku card, it's to screw over their R2 bomb and forwards. As the debuff is permanent.
Another character you can try use to screw over enemy supers and all that in round 2 is to pick Demon God Gravy. One variant of him steals energy. If a team has 6+ hero energy he puts it to zero, if they have 5 or less then he'll lower it with -1. The main reason of running that guy before the other energy drain ones is that he acts 'before' anyone can do their unit attack, thus making it really difficult for people to use their unit attack on round 2 if it requires 5+ energy or more. Allthough just like Cell, past round 2 he will have served his main purpose and thus be just a regular attacker. Which is why I've not picked him myself.
and wtf o_O u think -3000 power is OP ??!!
some chars can easy get 50k+ power in round 2. that -3k is just none existant.
also , grand priest says hi.
