are there fusions in the game like between cell and frieza etc?

That for Creation Mode which you can set up Abilites for each character. Besides that there isn't a standard fusion for Frieza and Cell.

There are fusion though but if you more than that you'll need to do Custom Missions for the Earring Accessories for Fusions like.

Cell Absorb Fusion.
Buu Absorb Fusion.
Mira Absorb Fusion.

Potora Fusion
Fusion Dance

Etc.

Not much else cards other characters with fusion if you need a lising of the cards Check these i gues?

*Gohan

No, it doesn't. But there is a card where Kid Buu absorbed Janemba.

You thinking of Dragon Ball Fusions with the Cell and Frieza and etc. Besides that currently it doesn't have majority of the fusions but i believe Ultimate Mission X have more fusions cards. Since the cards on here is so outdated it will take a long while before getting majority of the cards since we only getting small amount of listed cards.
