Defeating the suffering
I have a couple of lvl 15 sisters but I've tried 3 times now to defeat the suffering. The nucleus is easy but once the suffering starts teleporting even when I stay in the point where it should turn up I struggle to get any real damage going.

I did see some guides about using soul slingers but other people have said that has been nerfed. Any advice would be appreciated.

I was thinking of just grinding lvl 15 scythedancers with some backup to help with initiative but I'm really not sure as so far when I get it's health low it just wipes out my team.

I finally managed to beat him today, you need to first get the egg to teleport into the right side of the map where the boss spawns (shieldbearer tanks the hits pretty well with blacksmith's grace) while killing the corrupted daughters, then move all your daughters in a 3x3 circle around where the boss spawns and use shadow round+menacing stance+deadly dance+shield slams to kill him before he starts pushing all your daughters initiative back. I used a scythedancer with deadly dance to combo him super hard, a shieldbearer using shield slam to push his initiative back as much as possible, souslingers to push daughters initiative forawrd with spirit hastes and spirit bursts, and a blademaster backstabbing (put the blademaster the opposite side of the shieldbearer to get backstabs since shield slam forces the boss to face the shieldbearer) the boss while in menacing stance as the main damage of the combo. Also, do not place the shieldbearer or the blademaster directly above the boss as they cannot hit him through the gap between the rock and the edge of the map but the scythedancer (with deadly dance) and soulslingers can, I personally put the scythedancer above the boss. You will probably lose the the blademaster halfway through like I did but if a daughter dies you should still be able to kill him if you just keep going and burst at the right moment. If you burst too early and he lives it's game over but if you don't burst when he's almost dead you will probably run out of turns before the boss starts killing.

Thanks, I'll have another go using your tips later. Appreciate the in-depth reply :-)
