Like i this said in this thread "it is the only game i got shadows problem with and it's not my first UE4 game..." My PC run EVERY games at 1440p without "ultra" settings, most of the time at "high" settings (big games). The problem is: setting my game on "low", medium", "high" or "ultra" no differences with shadow set on "low" or "medium", still fps drop under 60.
It's not my only UE4 game. I already know games are different, they are not made by the same dev team xD. But it still an unreal engine 4, a bad optimised UE4 game.
It is a problem of texture loading, if your game is installed on a HDD do a defragmentation. If your game is installed on a SSD it is a problem of game optimisation, like my shadows problem for example.
It's installed on a Samsung 1TB 850 Pro. I've asked others with AMD gpus who aren't having this problem. Are you using an Nvidia GPU and if so can you reproduce?
Thanks for your video. I see, yours comes up with the interface option to "passer" I assume that's french for start or skip. That doesn't come up for me. It just keeps looping.
You're right, in french "passer" is "skip" in english ^^
I see in your profile you're using a GTX 1060, so it can't be Nvidia related. I don't get it :/
Have u looked in nvidia controlpanel? there is some changes you can do to get highrer fps. i did it myself to squad.
Maybe u can finde what it was on youtube. it should work the same on every game
Go to manage 3d settings/program settings.
Add the game. then u can try it out. There is something named preefered refresh rate.
I've already did that, i tried a lot of different settings with but i still get fps problem with shadows enabled.
Once downloaded click on the small nvidia icon half way down right side to bring up the profiles section/settings.
Theres an existing MXGP profile in the utility which you can use for MXGP PRO.
Choose the existing MXGP profile and via the menu "EXPORT" (current file only) to your desktop for example.
Then create a new profile via the menu called "MXGP PRO" and "IMPORT" the profile you exported to your desktop to that new profile you created (MXGP PRO).
Now you need to link your new MXGP PRO profile to your mxgp4.exe file.
From the menu choose "Add application to current file" and find your mxgp4.exe file to link to it and "Apply Changes".
Bingo' - freezing gone.
You can grab Nvidia Inspector here:

Thanks a lot for this !
