How to customize career bike?

Cant upgrade,customize my career bike? anyone know how to change parts,graphics and even change the bike itself. in Career mode. cheers

I just got my transfer window before the GP of Germany. It seems that you can only change sponsors during this period and not freely.

Nonetheless, my manager tab is blocked as well.

thanks, yeah after kegums i got mine and switched brand. man i hope pay2021 adds the decent skins to this game.. those stock sponsors are bad..
