Finally a resolutin fix ! [play example with 1920x1080 res]

Looked for an resolution fix for this game but there was no in the web, found a easy solution:

Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision Value\Soldier of Fortune Payback\Save

open profile.dat with Editor, WordPad or Notepad++, you will find direct in the beginning your resolution you set up in the ingame options, now just change them to what you need, i changed to 1920x1080x60 as example and it will take the changes ingame too ;) have fun.

This game has no AA and looks really blocky, but if you use Nvidia Inspector and use the AA flag 0x200100C5, you can now apply AA supersampling and the game looks a lot better.

I can confirm this still works. If you don't want to use a hex editor set the resolution in game first to something with 4 digits each like "1280x1024x60". Now you can just carefully replace each digit in notepad to your resolution e.g. "1920x1080x60"

ive tryed nvidia inspector 2.4.2.3 with Win10 Pro 22H2 but now in 2025 seems the 0x200100C5 flag don't exist
