-Its gameplay loop is very repetitive and it's made worse by the constant need to adjust your inventory and craft replcement supplies after every mission, the sloppy UI doesn't help either.
-The game is missing a lot of basic features like a PTT key and settings for adjusting the audio levels of dialogue, SFX, and music.
-The rewards for meeting the rating requirements of a mission should be less random and duplicates shouldn't be a thing. Running the same few missions time and time again only to get shafted by bad RNG drops is very frustrating.
A lot of this could improve with the actual release of the game and I'm actually pretty optimistic about it.
No volume settings for music
Items dispearing after a round (fences)
No soundslider, no push to talk.
Typical asian developer completely arrogant, hostile and ignorant of customer needs.
Well, I had no bigger issue with that honestly. Never had issue to actually replenish my inventory with most vital items, not even ammo was an issue.
Can't argue with that.
Well items we get at end are meant to be repaired (and you can deconstruct ones you do already have), the reason why they are actually duplicates is simple, when you do repair them they might have different statistics (either for better or worse). Maybe it doesn't look good at first, but it actually has purpose, unlike duplicates with identical statistics in some games.
Same here, game is fun IMO, it does lack few fixes and changes.
I will add few myself. Graphics seem wonky to me, you can have it on highest settings but they still look like low settings in TPP. Thought at first it is due to me using AMD setup while game's support more toward nvidia, but issue seem to persist on nvidias too.
UI is ... easly put it ... annoying and unintuitive.
Tutorial, game should have it. I do understand that easy mission is meant here as tutorial but people seem to not understand it, real game starts with harder difficulties honestly. I would ignore any review of people who did not touch any higher difficulty honestly.
Connection issues seem to be big honestly. I've noticed that matchmaking does push me out of games from time to time (sometimes other players). At first I thought it is due to players leaving on their own (after getting confused) but it did happen to me at least twice. It does not happen in private games tho.
Lol. You couldn't have come up with 2 better complaints? Christ.
Lack of text chat
Broken Matchmaking
Post-match gear replensihment and repair
Interface desperately needs to allow use of the mouse on PC
Poor responsiveness during melee
Every other issue i've got wit hit stems from this being the beta
I actually enjoyed that part, not to lie. Might be because I was picking up items needed to replenish these and tried to use firearms and other expensive items only when I really needed to. Also did not use these more expensive traps and fences near the digger, this way I could even get 10k points while not fighting enemies directly in hard. When I got used to the way game allows you to plan and execute, it made it even more enjoyable to play around with traps and make combos. For example you can always use some trap (or even ramp) to actually slower enemies down (when they fall from ramp they will have to stand up first to continue moving), if you put fire or electric trap there, you will find out that if you did place it far enough from digger, you will kill even explosive enemies without damaging any of your traps, add to that 2 AI HMGuns to finish off these which had little HP left, and you will sustain that set for at least two waves. It was imo most enjoyable part of the game for me.
Depends from skills you did put on your character. I thought so at first too, but later I could handle these zombies even with CQC due to skills invested in. Also did take skills with matchete. Game got way more enjoyable when I could actually use these without bigger problem.
