Is it possible to disable the ads that ask you to buy something that appear when you launch the game?

One reason I wanted to try this game instead of Governor of Poker 3 is that I wanted to check if this game feels less of a scam than GOP3. Apparently, not. Every time I launch the game I get ads that ask me if I want to buy something. I just want to play for fun. Is there a way to disable these ads completely?
