i know the skull on the main menu is a hidden trophie that makes the exact same noise
click hockey mask 13 times to unlock secret
^ could be another way to unlock it maybe

Pretty sure I've clicked the button over 13 times because I wanted to see if it did anything, but I didn't get the achievement/secret. Only the hockey mask gave it to me. shrug

Have you watched the films? this is kinda a sound trope of the series, (KiKiKi MaMama, was supposed to be Jason ramblings, Kill kill kill Mama mama mama). In game seems to be a joke/tribute thing. (maybe also another way of getting the secret achievement).
