Or it could simply be a bug, although must be quite rare... so resetting as Dmitry suggests. If so, if you can reproduce the bug that is always very useful so we have a chance of fixing it!
Something that I did not mention and I do not know if it is related, is that after browsing for a few minutes I lose some sounds from the audio track. For example, I no longer hear the voice of the instructions or the sound of the engine if I turn it on.

I came across an issue with the audio as well as another thing, and I brought those up with him in the eSail Version 2 thread. But, if you check out that thread and it doesn't seem to be the same problem that you're having, let him know some more details (including how to reproduce the issue), maybe in a new thread under Technical Support & Bug reports. =)
