Mainsail raising blocked

Hello, thank you very much for the simulator that allows me to practice and learn this beautiful water sport.
After doing almost all the training tutorials, I started to use the free browsing mode. Suddenly the mainsail cannot be raised again. I have gone through the necessary steps of the maneuver but the blockage persists.
I released the kicking strap and tightened the topping lift on the forward starboard winch, but the mainsail does not lift.
have tried everything and am losing patience. I do not understand what is happening. Please I need help. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to reset you boat in Live Sailing mode in the Settings?

You have done the right things. You should also release the mainsheet. At the moment the wind is very strong, so you also need to be heading into it pretty much. Any wind resistance will stop you getting the sail up.

Or it could simply be a bug, although must be quite rare... so resetting as Dmitry suggests. If so, if you can reproduce the bug that is always very useful so we have a chance of fixing it!

Thank you very much Dmitri, your advice solved the problem. I was unaware that the boat could be reset.

Something that I did not mention and I do not know if it is related, is that after browsing for a few minutes I lose some sounds from the audio track. For example, I no longer hear the voice of the instructions or the sound of the engine if I turn it on.

Hi, Dmitry advice solved the mainsail issue.

What do you mean V1?

He's asking if you were just running the game normally, or if you opted into the V2 Beta. Since the last game update, we're now all on the same V2 version.

I came across an issue with the audio as well as another thing, and I brought those up with him in the eSail Version 2 thread. But, if you check out that thread and it doesn't seem to be the same problem that you're having, let him know some more details (including how to reproduce the issue), maybe in a new thread under Technical Support & Bug reports. =)
