We are actively working on a solution for these problems, and in the meantime, we recommend selecting the Number of Players as 3 or 6 instead of Any. This may help to have a smoother experience while we implement a fix.
Try this workaround and tell us if it helped or not.
I'm having the same exact issue despite choosing 3 players or 6 players. Just flashes back and forth between load screen and board selection screen and won't join any games.
This started when half of my purchased content locked out.
I'm hoping this isn't being done on purpose to drive people to the NEW Clue being released.
Additional problems that I've found:
1) Clipboard card where you keep track of all the clues goes off the screen. Mainly the grid part, I'm sure that layer is meant to cut off on the edge of the paper.
2) At the end of the game when a player correctly chooses all the cards, a little pop out which usually says who won is completely blank, clipping through some of the artwork.
3) I mixed up the packs and the steam in the Sleeper Car in the Express Train Pack is broken, the steam effect clips through the window, and appears to be inside the car.
Will this get solved relatively quickly or is it something that is in a backburner because of the new Clue game release? Personally I prefer this version for many reasons, and would prefer to stick around. I also find it unfair that majority of the content is only half if not less playable as we cannot get access to the packs that we purchased and have to switch around areas to make any of the extra content to work. Yet, your company still continues to sell them on steam. Again, these are the problems that I've seen not only me having but a lot of streamers and youtubers.
Thank you again for the reply, and I hope this matter will get resolved relatively quickly.
