While I'm assuming this is a troll asking to be fed, I'll still go on...

Let's move past the fact that 3 times over the years I've had to contact support by email to have my additional boards and characters restored after an update removed them. This time, they restored the boards and characters, but no 'vanity' profile icon (not that I care about this, but it's the point that it's still missing). That and no character pictures or avatars are ever displayed like they used to.

About half the time I attempt to play online in a 6-person game, I am added as a 7th invisible slot, almost like a spectator, and unable to choose a character. If I don't exit back to the main menu and restart, I can get added to the game and even make notes. The cluesheet is even a bit messed up and going off the screen with the extra column added. It appears to just pass over me when doing turns and guesses, but no idea if it messes up the others in the game, so I usually back out and retry a new game when I see I can't choose a character.

While playing online, an unfortunate number of times the game becomes 'frozen' like it's waiting for someone to take a turn. But, I've waited a few times upwards of 5+ literal minutes to see if it will recover and...nothing. I can only guess that it is from a human player that disconnected or quit and then the server fails to replace them with an AI and continue the game. This is extra frustration when near the end of a 10-15min round and you will not get credit even for losing as the only way to continue is to quit the match.

Exactly. There is even more issues than what you mentioned.
Looks like they made a new game in August 2023 and completely abandoned this one. I will not be supporting their new game.
