Way i cant recycle decals?

I have 3 decals, 4 and 1 grade, which I can stick on the character. I can sell them, but why can't recycle them on vending mashine? The "recycle decals" is blocked for me.
Do I have them the wrong version or something? Or should I port them to the vending mashine somehow? Or will the feature be available later?

I'm not sure, rather the ones that I got from the gifts, as well as those that I exchanged for mushrooms.

So they arent. You can recycle only premium decals so the ones you buy for kc or dm. Buy one for 50k kc and you will see the difference or go at lid wiki
