How do I repair my base ?

So, I was raided by someone. I thought he would gain stuff, and I wouldn't lose any, but now water is leaking, stuff is burning, my bank is broken... How do I repair it ? Do I repair it ? What did I lose ?

If you're not insured by Direct Hell Express you may have lost some kill coins and SPLithium. Don't worry about the waitingroom itself though, it gets automatically repaired free of charge on your next visit to the waiting room. You might have to go out on a trip into the tower but it'll be fixed for sure when you return.

Quickest way to reset your base i.e. "repair it" is just go up the escalator to Ikegara and down again. It's also the fastest way to reset the Uncle Death Prime box near the escalator once you claim it so it can begin the 20h countdown until you can next claim it.

Also, regarding what you've lost Kill Coin and SPLithium wise, it's your current total / 10 as mentioned here: " Raiding will earn you 10% of the raided players current Bank and Tank values, up to 5% of their total capacity (thus, someone with a KC Bank of 90000 maximum will be at most, worth 4500 KC)".
