not really it depends on what you want to do when your climbing take lucky star for example it finds KC(gold) easier and has increased crits where as collecter has more invetory space. Each fighter is built for different things.

My favourites are Collector, All Rounder and Defender, more HP and able to tank more damage than say Striker and Attacker can.

Collector's great for more item carrying as Insanity said + more HP as well, All Rounder gives you a decent balance + slightly more Death Bag space than the other classes, Defender has most HP in the game out of ALL classes + defense, but doesn't pack as much of a punch. But it's your call, some people prefer Striker and Attacker but I like being lazy and rolling with high HP people LOL.

I use Collector to farm blueprints/materials/mushrooms, Striker to climb the tower (a lot of HP and melee strenght), and Shooter for raids (KAMAS rifle is so good for raiding).
