Where to get Bloodnium?

I rarely get any splattershroom.

A brief history of the game. Fighters only went up to a certain level and the tower only went to forty. Then after they added content, fighters went to a higher level and the tower could go to 200. In addition to their max level, bloodnium was added so you could go above the normal limit.

It is basically an above level 40 feature. You can find some splattershrooms before 40, but not many because the real source of bloodnium is in the endless portion of the tower.

So "where to get bloodnium?" is above level 40 in the tower.

Shrooms? Super rare from floor 41+.

Killing haters from floor 51+ give bloodnium. The higher you climb, you more bonus you get to the overal bloodnium count. Rinse and repeat, back to floor 51... and climb again.

I'm still trying to decide if it's even worth it to use what little I have to upgrade a tier 3 or maybe tier 4 fighter 1-2 levels. I'm thinking not...

It's best to keep a hold of that till you get your 5*, or hold off till you unlock your 6* fighters in earnest, as they'll benifit the most from it the most (more decal slots, larger rage allotments, then general stat boosts)

but at that point is it not easier to get bloodnium because it drops from enemies, to the point that the little you have earned up to then is insignificant anyway?

Kind of what I was thinking if i should hold onto the tiny bit I have or not. I know it's so tiny compared to how much you need and will get later. I don't know how much 1 more decal slot might be of us on a 3-4 star fighter but have been tempted.
